Chicken Manchurian with vegetables

Everyone loves Chinese food and if it is made at home then it makes more tasty. Try this Best recipe of Chicken Manchurian with vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Boneless – 1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black Pepper -1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar – 2 tsp
  • Sugar -2 /3 tsp
  • Cooking Oil -1/2 tbsp
  • Corn flour – 4/5 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum – 1 large ( cut in cubes)
  • Onion – 1 large ( cut in cubes)
  • Chili Garlic Sauce – 2 tsp
  • Tomato Ketchup – 1 cup
  • Chicken Stock -1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Cut chicken and marinate it with soya sauce and refrigerate it for half hour.
  2. Take a pan and heat the oil . Add garlic paste and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Now add chicken in it and cook it.
  4. Take a glass and ketchup, chili sauce, salt, black pepper powder , vinegar , chicken stock and soya sauce and mix it well.
  5. When chicken cooked completely , add above watery material in it.
  6. Add 2 glass of water in the chicken to make the gravy and cook till boil.( water can be added as you wish to make the Manchurian thickness).
  7. Fry the onions and bell pepper for 2 -3 minutes and put it in Chicken Manchurian gravy.
  8. Then mix corn flour in half cup water and mix it in chicken gravy. Cook for 2-3 minutes until it thick.

Chicken Manchurian with vegetables is ready now serve it with Egg Fried Rice.
