- Chicken Boneless – 1/2 kg
- Garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Black Pepper -1/2 tsp
- Vinegar – 2 tsp
- Sugar -2 /3 tsp
- Cooking Oil -1/2 tbsp
- Corn flour – 4/5 tbsp
- Soya Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Capsicum – 1 large ( cut in cubes)
- Onion – 1 large ( cut in cubes)
- Chili Garlic Sauce – 2 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup – 1 cup
- Chicken Stock -1/2 cup
- Cut chicken and marinate it with soya sauce and refrigerate it for half hour.
- Take a pan and heat the oil . Add garlic paste and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add chicken in it and cook it.
- Take a glass and ketchup, chili sauce, salt, black pepper powder , vinegar , chicken stock and soya sauce and mix it well.
- When chicken cooked completely , add above watery material in it.
- Add 2 glass of water in the chicken to make the gravy and cook till boil.( water can be added as you wish to make the Manchurian thickness).
- Fry the onions and bell pepper for 2 -3 minutes and put it in Chicken Manchurian gravy.
- Then mix corn flour in half cup water and mix it in chicken gravy. Cook for 2-3 minutes until it thick.
Chicken Manchurian with vegetables is ready now serve it with Egg Fried Rice.
