Stuffed Chicken breast with Pineapple Sauce | Cookwithpassions

Chicken breast with wings (do not debone it)– 2

For Chicken Filling:

  • Butter (cold) – 1/4 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese (1/2 cup)
  • Dried parsley (1/2 tsp)

For Chicken Marination:

  • Salt to taste – (1/2 tsp)
  • Black pepper (1/2 tsp)
  • Soya sauce (1 Tbsp)
  • Chilli sauce 2 tsp ( optional )
  • Mustard paste (1 tsp)

For Chicken coating :

  • Flour (maida) 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour (1/2 cup)
  • Chilli flakes( 1&1/2 tsp) 
  • Salt (1/2 pinch) 
  • Egg (1)
  • Bread crumbs(1/2 cup)
  • Oregano (1tbsp) 
  • Oil for deep frying

For pineapple Sauce: 

  • Pineapple 1 can ( separate juice and pineapple chunks) 
  • Corn flour 2 tsp (or more if required) 
  • Water (1/2 cup) 
  • Black pepper (1/2 tsp)
  • Salt 2 pinch of salt)
  • Sugar / Honey (1 tbsp)
  • Lemon juice / vinegar (1 tsp) Creamy Spinach
  • Spinach ( boiled )- 1/2 cup
  • Milk (1/2 cup)
  • Butter (1 tsp)
  • Cheese (1 tsp)
  • Black pepper (1/4 tsp)
  • Salt (2 pinch)

Method For Creamy Spinach:

  1. Take a blender , add boiled spinach, milk , salt and grind it for few seconds.
  2. In a bowl add cheese and butter and mix it.

Method for the pineapple sauce method:

  1. Take a pan and add water ,pineapple syrup, salt, black pepper, sugar, soya sauce and vinegar and mix it. Let it simmer on a low-medium flame.
  2. In a bowl, take the corn flour and water and mix it well.
  3. Slowly add the corn flour mixture into the pan. Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
  4. Cook it for a 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens and the whiteness of the corn flour reduces.
  5. Add pineapple chunks , carrots and cucumber in the sauce
  6. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes and set aside.

Method for Stuff chicken breast:

  1. Clean and wash the chicken breast
  2. Take a bowl and add black pepper, chilli sauce, soy sauce, mustard sauce, some salt and make a sauce and marinate chicken for four to five hours.
  3. In butter, add mozzarella cheese , parsley ,oregano and mix well and set aside. Do not over mix otherwise butter starts to melt. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Take chicken breast and make a small cut (as shown in the video)
  5. Stuff in the cheese mixture into the chicken and close the opening so that it doesn’t come out during frying. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. ( You can also put the toothpick and bbq stick to close the open cut)
  6. In another bowl, add the all-purpose flour, corn flour, black pepper, chili flakes (or paprika), and salt and mix it to make the dry batter.
  7. In eggs, add cold water and give it a good mix.
  8. In breadcrumbs, add oregano and mix it.
  9. Now coat the chicken piece well with seasoned flour, dip the floured chicken in the egg mixture and then roll into bread crumbs. Repeat the process and again refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  10. Deep fry the chicken in oil on medium-high heat till they are nicely crisp and golden, set aside after frying.
  11. Now take the serving dish and take out the chicken stuff piece, top it off with a yummy pineapple sauce and serve with French fries, or salad or creamy spinach. I am using here french fries and spinach.

چکن بھرنے کے لئے:


– مکھن – 1/4 کپ

– موزاریلا چیز(1/2 کپ)

– پارسلے (1/2 چھو ٹی چمچ)

چکن میرنیشن کے لئے:


– نمک – (1/2 چھو ٹی چمچ)

– کالی مرچ (1/2 چھو ٹی چمچ)

– سویا سوس(1 بڑا چمچ)

– چلی سوس (2 چھو ٹی چمچ)

– مسٹرڈ سوس(1/2 چھو ٹی چمچ)

چکن کی کوٹنگ کیلئے:


– میدہ (1/2 کپ)

– کارن فلار (1/2 کپ)

– کٹی ہوئی مرچ (1  اور 1/2 چھو ٹی چمچ)

– نمک(2 چوٹکی)

– انڈا (1)

– بریڈ کرمز (1/2 کپ)

– اوریگانو (1 چمچ)

– تیل تلنے کے لیے

پائن ایپل سوس کے لئے:


– پائن ایپل کا ٹن (1) پائن ایپل کے ٹکڑے اور جوس الگ کر لیں

– کارن فلار 2 چھو ٹی چمچ(یا ضرورت ہو تو زیادہ)

– پانی (1/2 کپ)

– کالی مرچ (1/2 چھو ٹی چمچ)

– نمک( 2 چٹکی )

– چینی / شہد (1  بڑا چمچ)

– لیموں کا رس / سرکہ (1 چھو ٹی چمچ)


کریمی پالک بنانے کے لیے:

– پالک (ابلی ہوئی) – 1/2 کپ

– دودھ (1/2 کپ)

– مکھن (1 چھو ٹی چمچ)

– چیز(1 چھو ٹی چمچ)

– کالی مرچ (1/4 چھو ٹی چمچ)

– نمک (2 چوٹکی)
